The project included several key components: the LANDMARK Shopper App for Hong Kong, the Mini Programme on WeChat for Macau, both targeting premium BESPOKE members, the Concierge App for operational staff, the Retail Tenant App for merchant communication, and enhancements to the Call Centre integrated with Salesforce. I’ve conducted benchmarking research, assisted with the project launch, developed a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms, and collaborated to improve Call Centre operations that integrate with Salesforce.
