Project Overview
Led UX/UI design and took on the role of Business Analyst in efforts to revamp the Centricity platform, which included the Member App, F&B POS system, and Admin Portal.
The Centricity Product is an advanced platform designed to enhance the user experience for members, vendors, and administrators while delivering high-quality, value-added services to HKL tenants.
As the UX/UI Design Lead and Business Analyst in this project, I supervised the redesign of the member-facing app, POS system and admin portals and participated in system integration efforts to improve the end-to-end experience.
